Data deletion instructions
Effective August 16, 2026
You can ask MyanTopUp to delete personal information associated with your Facebook Messenger conversations, website orders, or support requests.
Send your request
Email byarlay.dev@gmail.com with the subject MyanTopUp data deletion.
Include only the information needed to locate your records:
- for Messenger, email us first, then confirm from the same Page conversation when we ask;
- an order number and the order email, if you used the website;
- a support ticket number and support email, if applicable.
Never send a Facebook or banking password, payment PIN, full card details, or another service's one-time code. Only enter a MyanTopUp email verification code in the same Messenger conversation that requested it.
Verification
To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to confirm from the same Facebook Messenger account, order email, or support email and to provide a matching order or ticket number. We use verification information only to handle the request. We acknowledge and process verified requests without undue delay, subject to records we must retain.
What we delete
After verification and once any open order or support action is resolved, we delete conversation messages, saved accounts, account identifiers, email addresses, matched Messenger webhook content, and matched support content that we no longer need. We de-identify rather than delete an order when a minimal transaction record must remain.
A retained de-identified order or audit record can include the order number, product, amount, provider references, status, and timestamps needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal duties. Processed webhook event identifiers may remain without message content to prevent replay or duplicate orders. We will explain if part of a request cannot be completed.
Data on your device
We cannot remotely clear the language cookie or checkout draft stored in your browser. You can remove them by clearing site data for myantopup.com or closing the browser session.
Other services
Deleting a Facebook Messenger chat does not by itself delete records held by MyanTopUp. Meta, payment providers, suppliers, email and AI providers, hosting providers, and staff-alert providers may also hold records under their own retention or legal duties. We will forward a verified request to a service provider where applicable, but cannot promise deletion of records that another service must independently retain.
