Terms of Service

The service

MyanTopUp helps you select a digital product, provide any required account details, verify an account when the product supports verification, pay through MMQR, and track fulfillment. Some products are fulfilled automatically by a supplier and others by store staff. Product availability, prices, and required account fields can change with the live catalog.

AI may help interpret messages, plan the next sales step, and draft customer-facing replies. The application independently re-reads and validates any requested action. AI cannot set prices, confirm payment, or release fulfillment.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate product, game-account, and server information;
• review every account field and, when shown, the detected player name before confirming an order;
• pay the exact MMQR amount shown for that order;
• use only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to use;
• keep private order links and delivered digital codes confidential;
• avoid fraud, abuse, automated attacks, or unlawful activity.

A top-up sent to the account you confirmed may not be recoverable. Do not continue if the player name or other details are wrong.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Myanmar kyat before payment. A 100 MMK transaction fee is charged to the customer once per order, shown separately during checkout, and included in the MMQR total. An order proceeds after the payment provider confirms the stored order reference, amount, and currency, or after authorized staff verify and record received funds. A button press or screenshot is not proof of payment. Mismatched or unverified payments may be paused for manual review. Use each MMQR once before it expires, and do not pay an expired or replaced QR.

Fulfillment, cancellations, and refunds

After confirmed payment, automatic orders are submitted to the recorded supplier and manual orders wait for store staff. Digital codes appear on the private order page and may also be sent through Facebook Messenger. Delivery timing depends on the product and fulfillment route.

Paid orders cannot be self-cancelled after payment confirmation or fulfillment begins. Digital products may become irreversible after submission or delivery. If a paid order cannot be delivered, it remains under operator review until it is delivered manually or the money is returned outside the app and a refund reference is recorded. Contact us promptly about failed, duplicate, incorrect, cancelled, or refunded transactions. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Third-party services

The service uses Facebook Messenger for communication, third-party fulfillment providers for account verification and order delivery, MyanMyanPay for MMQR payments, and OpenRouter for AI-assisted intent and replies when enabled. Their services may also be governed by their own terms and policies. Facebook, Facebook Messenger, and the supported games are not operated by MyanTopUp.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but supplier, payment, game, network, website, or Facebook Messenger outages can delay or prevent a transaction. To the extent permitted by law, MyanTopUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension and changes

We may refuse or suspend service where needed to prevent fraud, abuse, security risks, or unlawful activity. We may update these terms as the service changes; the effective date identifies the current version.
